Our firm was established by Mr. Mak Kum Phoi since 1 April 1993. Over the years, we had humbly and steadily grown to be a medium size boutique law firm. Our firm specializes mainly in the area of Conveyancing & Banking, Corporate Commercial & Civil Litigation.

In recent years, our firm has expanded to a team of six (6) qualified and skilled lawyers (including three partners), supported by approximately twenty experienced clerks and secretaries with the goal to provide practical and reasonable legal solutions to clients which vary from individuals to small and medium enterprises and to significantly huge public listed companies.

Furthermore, our firm does have our in-house Notary Public to provide comprehensive services under one roof to our clients.

Being the pioneer in Puchong area and to cater for our clients’ needs, our office is now relocated at No. B-5-13, 5th Floor IOI Boulevard, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan and sits atop a five (5) storey building with ample underground car parks.

In year 2023, our firm marks its 30th anniversary since its inception. With our in-depth experience and knowledge, we are committed in providing quality work, professionally delivered in a seamless way in the years to come.
